Marie-Louise Joseph has over 18 years of Operations and Human Resources experience. She has held leadership positions in diverse types of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses to grassroots nonprofit organizations. Marie-Louise has developed expertise in problem-solving and spearheading initiatives in business operations, human resources, and compliance for a wide range of organizations. Having experience as a business owner and employee, Marie-Louise strives to create workplace environments where businesses and their employees can thrive.  Marie-Louise has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.  She also has a Professional in Human Resources – California Certification.  Marie-Louise is a Southern California Native currently living with her band of rambunctious Boston terriers.
